If your Saphyr Key isn't responding when tapped against your phone:

  • Ensure NFC is enabled on your device (Android only)
  • Try tapping different areas of your phone's back
  • Remove your phone case if it's thick
  • Make sure the Saphyr Key is clean and undamaged

Wallet Connection Issues

If you're having trouble connecting your wallet:

  • Ensure your wallet is unlocked
  • Check that you're on the correct network (Songbird)
  • Try refreshing the page and reconnecting
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

Transaction Failures

If your blockchain transactions are failing:

  • Check that you have sufficient funds for gas fees
