NFC Not Working
If your Saphyr Key isn't responding when tapped against your phone:
- Ensure NFC is enabled on your device (Android only)
- Try tapping different areas of your phone's back
- Remove your phone case if it's thick
- Make sure the Saphyr Key is clean and undamaged
Wallet Connection Issues
If you're having trouble connecting your wallet:
- Ensure your wallet is unlocked
- Check that you're on the correct network (Songbird)
- Try refreshing the page and reconnecting
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
Transaction Failures
If your blockchain transactions are failing:
- Check that you have sufficient funds for gas fees
